1. RETURN POLICY

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition, or without original packaging, will not be accepted for a refund or replacement.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any request for return, refund, or reshipment if the issue is not due to our error.
No refunds will be provided for problems not caused by us.

Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.


2. RETURNED TO SENDER

Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address will be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure all contact and shipping details are accurate when placing your order.

In some cases, local carriers may hold the package for up to 30 days. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible to correct any address issues.

If your order is returned due to an address error and you’d like it reshipped, please email us with the updated address.
A reshipping fee will apply. We do not offer free reshipment or full refunds in cases where the return was caused by an address error.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customer error (e.g., wrong shipping address, not being available to receive delivery, not picking up the parcel).

  • Delivery issues beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance delays, natural disasters, tracking marked as “delivered,” items lost after being placed in your mailbox).


3. EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please email support@orangefoxprints.com with clear photos of the issue, including the QR code and shipping label.

  • We do not offer exchanges for size issues unless the wrong size was sent by our mistake.

  • Other issues like printing or manufacturing defects will be handled by us.
    Please do not return any items without our prior approval.

Delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.

Eligible exchange/return cases include:

  • Blurry or misaligned print

  • Wrong item received

  • Item damaged during delivery (e.g., torn, dirty)

  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order

  • Other confirmed issues caused by us

If your item is confirmed to be defective, we’ll offer a refund or replacement promptly.

Items must be unused and unwashed to be eligible for return or exchange.


4. REFUNDS

To process a refund, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Once your request is reviewed and, if applicable, the returned item is inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether the refund is approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

We offer 100% refunds for eligible cases.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—posting may take time.

  3. Check with your bank—processing times may vary.
